So.................This week I am going to McGonigle's Market to buy a specialty meat for my cooking adventure. They have many specialty (weird) meat choices to pick from. Check out my poll and vote for the specialty meat I should use this weekend. It's up to you!!! It is exciting to take an ingredient I have never had before and tune in into a delicious meal. Helen, I had buffalo burgers in South Dakota and they were delicious. We also had buffalo tongue and it tasted like very tender roast beef. No kidding! Let me know how it turns out. Diana

ReplyDeleteHelen - I love your food blog and the fact you and your hubby are experimenting with a number of different foods. I do not like to cook; however, my hubby is a marvelous cook. We mostly eat traditional American meals, but are looking to broadening our horizons once I am done with school. In fact, he communicated to me recently that he is so sick of cooking that once I graduate...I will have to take over that household responsibility for three years. I think he might change his mind after he eats a couple of my meals!
